Monday 6-6.50am: Enviro Training (Boot Camp style), Eastern Beach (meet end of Ritchie Blvd)
Monday 6.15-7.05pm: PT Circuits, Montpellier PS gym, Mt Pleasant Rd, Highton

Tuesday 6.15-7.05pm: Boxing For Fitness, Montpellier PS gym, Mt Pleasant Rd, Highton
 

Wednesday 6-6.50am: Kilometre Club running group, Eastern Beach (meet end of Ritchie Blvd)
Wednesday 6.15-7.05pm: Gymstick Bio (Brand New, Unique To PFC), Montpellier PS gym, Mt Pleasant Rd, Highton

Friday 6-6.50am: TBT class (Brand New, Effecient Training), Montpellier PS gym, Mt Pleasant Rd, Highton
 

Saturday 7.30-8.20am: HIIT class (with Kettlebells), Montpellier PS oval, Mt Pleasant Rd, Highton
