About Dale: Dale is the Managing Director, Lead Trainer and Head Weight Loss Coach of Peak Fitness Challenge and has been operating the business for almost 10 years. He has a Diploma in Teaching, Bachelor of Education, Certificate IV in Personal Training & Certificate IV in Training & Assessment. He is also a Fitness Australia member, an Advanced ‘Thump’ Boxing Instructor and is a Gymstick Muscle instructor. Over the past year Dale has become a successful weight loss coach with his clients safely losing over 7kgs on average in 6 weeks (and maintaining their weight loss) along with reduced body fat and centimetres. His business offers a variety of group fitness classes, private and semi private personal training, weight loss and wellness coaching, and a range of organic supplements.
