Boot Camps (Group Fitness)

This is a great way to achieve your fitness goals in a social or team orientated setting whilst saving some cash. Working within a group setting adds a little extra motivation and inspiration to keep you building on your fitness. 

Body Blast Boot Camp March 1st & 2nd and runs for 4 weeks.

Autumn Action 9.30am Boot Camp starts in April after the holidays and is designed for Mums to get moving before winter hits.  The program has a variety of sessions for all fitness levels.

Pairs Power Work Out III Boot Camp starts late April.  The focus of the program is working with a partner (bonuses for those that sign up with a friend) or in a group situation.  1 session a week will be conducted indoors.

Raise the Bar II Boot Camp in June has 2 indoor sessions and 1 outdoor session a week to brave the winter weather.  The focus of the camp is upon improving personal bests and developing muscular endurance.

Our very first Boxing Boot Camp will start in August.  There will be plenty of pnching but in true boot camp style training still a variety of sessions and venues to compliment the pad work.

Run for Your Life II Boot Camp will focus upon improving cardio fitness in a lead up to the Run Geelong event in November.  The camp will start in October when daylight savings has come back to us.  Different types of cardio training (not just running) will be included in the program.

Challenge Yourself V Boot Camp finishes off the year with everything that has worked so well at the other boot camps all put into one!  The beach session will be back along with a session at Buckley's Falls - 2 not to miss!  Starts late November.

Outdoor/Mobile Personal Training

Outdoor personal training is a fantastic way to get out in the fresh air and use your local community facilities whilst getting fit.
We can operate sessions for small and large groups or individuals, catering to your fitness goals through the use of a variety of mobile fitness equipment.
One on one or family based personal training sessions can also be conducted at your home or if you've got a group of friends/colleagues that are looking to train together then contact us to arrange potential venue(s), day(s), date(s) and price.

Teacher Exercise Network

A great opportunity for people working in the education system (or friends and family) to get together, have some fun and improve their fitness. 
Networks have operated at Leopold, Corio & Corio West Primary Schools but new networks are easy to start up- contact us for conditions & prices. 

Leopold PS session on Monday night's from 4-4.45pm has openings for staff & friends from surrounding schools- contact us if you'd like to come along.

We also can conduct "one off" staff health and well being sessions (in place of a meeting night), staff fitness professional development sessions or group fitness sessions for parents/the school community.
