    Our sessions allow individuals of all ages and fitness capabilities to work at their own pace using focus pads/boxing mitts along with other mobile personal training equipment.

    This is a great way to achieve your fitness goals in a social or team orientated setting whilst saving some cash. Working within a group setting adds a little extra motivation and inspiration to keep you building on your fitness. 

    Our very first Boxing Boot Camp will start in August.  There will be plenty of pnching but in true boot camp style training still a variety of sessions and venues to compliment the pad work.

    Run for Your Life II Boot Camp will focus upon improving cardio fitness in a lead up to the Run Geelong event in November.  The camp will start in October when daylight savings has come back to us.  Different types of cardio training (not just running) will be included in the program.

    Challenge Yourself V Boot Camp finishes off the year with everything that has worked so well at the other boot camps all put into one!  The beach session will be back along with a session at Buckley's Falls - 2 not to miss!  Starts late November.

    Outdoor personal training is a fantastic way to get out in the fresh air and use your local community facilities whilst getting fit.
    We can operate sessions for small and large groups or individuals, catering to your fitness goals through the use of a variety of mobile fitness equipment.

     A great opportunity for people working in the education system (or friends and family) to get together, have some fun and improve their fitness. 
    Networks have operated at Leopold, Corio & Corio West Primary Schools but new networks are easy to start up- contact us for conditions & prices. 


    We also can conduct "one off" staff health and well being sessions (in place of a meeting night), staff fitness professional development sessions or group fitness sessions for parents/the school community.
