On Campus Program

What is my role as the contact person?

Initially your role is to book a program date(s) and confirm with us all of the booking details.
Once the date(s), price per student, number of participants and any other relevant details have been confirmed by us you then need to make sure you have the minimum number of officials (teachers, aides, parents or older students) required to run the session.  The officials need to be made aware of their role for the day and the time commitments required (we will provide a timetable so you can pass on this information).
You also must place the students into their ten groups prior to the day and inform them/their teachers of which group they are in.  If operating a PFC Tabloid or Mini PFC you must submit team sheets.
On the day, your role is simply to make sure everything is communicated clearly to all involved and enjoy the session.

Must the groups have equal gender balance?

The groups only need to have equal gender balance (5 groups of males and 5 groups of females) for the PFC Tabloid and the Mini PFC.  For all other programs the groups may have mixed genders.

Do I need to submit all of the students names?

You only need to submit names for the PFC Tabloid and the Mini PFC. A form to fill in names will be provided for you.

What if I have more than one group participating throughout the day?

Multiple sessions happening throughout the day are easily catered for, however, issues such as timetabling, sufficient officials throughout the day, keeping the working area free during recess/lunch breaks and most appropriate program for the number of participants all need to be taken into account.

What age levels can be catered for?

The On Campus Program can cater for students in Preparatory through to Year 12 depending on your school's fitness needs and what type of program you would like to operate. Some programs are more suited to certain age levels but we are flexible and willing to work with you to gain the greatest outcomes from the session.

How long do the students have at each activity?

Time frames are decided by the total number of students participating and the type of On Campus Program that has been booked. Greater numbers and more recording of results extends the amount of time required for each rotation. A timetable showing how long each rotation should operate for is included in the confirmation form that is sent to the school.

How many officials must I organise?

The number of officials required is sent to you via the Confirmation Form and varies depending on the type of On Campus Program that is booked. Email us at info@peakfitness.net.au for a guide to number of officials required.
