Boxing Boot Camp starts Monday 30th August. Sessions will operate 4 times a week for 4 weeks (Monday am, Wednesday am, Thursday pm and Saturday am). This is a brand new boot camp program that will combine some of the old favourite boot camp sessions with the whole body boxing work outs. More information to come or contact Dale on 5242 8912. -
Gymstick Hybrid program 2 starts Friday 30th July 6.15-7am at Wandana Heights Hall. A mixture of cardio movements, Gymstick Muscle exercises and partner work, this class has something for everyone and is guaranteed to give a whole body work out to finish off your week! -
Enviro Training started Monday 21st June. 1 session a week outdoors (on Mondays), venues change every 2 weeks. The next 2 weeks are at Coolabah Park, Coolabah Drive, Grovedale. So rise and shine early for a great way to get your week off to a sensational start (and shake off those sins of the weekend) with a truly varied outdoor work out. Enviro training will be extended by 2 weeks until Monday 23rd August. - The first challenge using the Nike Sport Band is nearly over - most amount of kilometres in 30 days! Log onto www.nikerunning.com and click on the challenges link to find the "Peak Fitness Challenge July 2010 kms" challenge. The challenge is open to anyone (clients, friends and family) and as it's our first, it's just for fun and motivation. New challenge coming for August.

- Congratulations to "Build Your Own Pack" competition winners Sue Lamb, Brenton Foote and Lea Pfluger-Sinclair. Soem great ideas contributed.
- The next FREE information night will be held in the first week of September (date and venue TBC), keep an eye on this spot for more information. Multiple presenters to give you plenty of tips to launch into Spring.
- Group fitness is a great way to save money on private personal training, work out with friends and/or colleagues and train at a time that is convenient to your schedule. Our programs operate for 6 weeks (or longer if requested) and the more people you get involved, the cheaper it is! Contact Dale to organise a FREE come & try session for your group of friends or staff.
Current group(s) we have operating are: Monday 4.15-5.15pm, Leopold PS staff & friends, varied sessions, 8 weeks. Wednesday 12.15-12.45pm, CGU staff & friends, varied sessions.
