  • PFC Biggest Loser competition starts first week of March.  Register here or contact Dale for more information - 5242 8912 or info@peakfitness.net.au. You don't have to be a PFC client or train with us to enter the competition - it's all FREE. 

 

  • RUN TO LIVE OFFER

  • Client & staff social get together - Indoor Beach Volleyball at VicBeach on Friday 26th March at 6.15pm (for 1 hour).  The morning and evening boot campers will be going head to head but all clients are welcome to join in and just have a fun session together.  $5 per person, contact Dale to let him know if you can make it.

 

  • Next FREE information session will be on Tuesday 13th April at Wandana Heights hall at 7.30pm.  Guest presenter will be Nathan Wilson from Pace Physiotherapy.  More details about the content and how to register will be coming soon.

 

  • Body Blast Boot Camp starts 1st and 2nd March - a strong emphasis through this program will be on body weight exercises and less on running (although Dale still has some small runs planned for you!).  First time clients can come and try out the benefits of boot camp training for FREE - contact Dale on 5242 8912 to find out venues and times.  

 

  • Circuit Training sessions on Tuesday's 6.15-7am.The "1000 rep challenge" will operate one week- try to do 1000 repetitions at the 10 assigned stations. Then on alternating weeks it will be the "Ironman Challenge" - 5 levels to try to get through or work at over the length of the program, 20 stations in each level!

 

  • Sri Chinmoy fun run is on Sunday 28th March (6km, 12km & 18km) starting 9am at King Lloyd Reserve - go to www.srichinmoyraces.org/au

 

  • Group fitness is a great way to save money on personal training, work out with friends and/or colleagues, and train at a time that is convenient to your schedule.  Most programs operate for 6 weeks and the more you get, the cheaper it is!  Contact Dale to organise a FREE come & try session for your group or staff. 
    We currently have a number of small groups operating:
    Monday 4.15-5.15pm, Leopold PS staff & friends, varied sessions
    Tuesday 1.15-1.45pm, Barwon Health staff, boxing for fitness
    Wednesday 12.15-12.45pm, CGU staff & friends, varied sessions
    Wednesday 5.30-6.30pm, MacKillop Family Services friends & staff, varied sessions
    Thursday 5-6pm, DHS staff, boxing for fitness

 

  • RHSports (sponsor of school & local government programs) supports schools that participate in Peak Fitness Challenge programs by providing a 10% discount on all RHSports exclusive Nyda range of equipment. So if your school has participated in a PFC event you can get a discount on the huge range of sports equipment offered by RHSports simply by mentioning Peak Fitness Challenge. We recommend the pocket timers which have a magnetic strip plus the count down/count up functions.

 

  • Leisure Networks community twighlight activities at Whittington Link finishes Wednesday 10th March.  The sessions, which will be facilitated by Kieren, Catherine and Bryce over 5 weeks from 6-7pm.  The focus of the sessions will be on fun, engaging activity for primary to lower secodnary aged children (and parents!).  This is a Leisure Networks initiative that we are proud to be involved with.

 

  • City of Greater Geelong Streets Ahead project will be running 4 weeks of community based activities over 4 weeks starting 24th March.  The sessions will be held at Aldershot Reserve, St Albans Park and will be facilitated by Peter and Bryce.
