About Dale:
•Dale is the Managing Director of Peak Fitness Challenge and has been operating the business for 7 years.  He has a Diploma in Teaching, Bachelor of Education & Certificate IV in Personal Training.  He is also a qualified Level 1 ‘Thump’ Instructor, has an Advanced Boot Camp/Outdoor Group Fitness accreditation, has Gymstick for PT’s and Gymstick Muscle accreditations and a Medicine Ball Training accreditation.  Dale has lectured in Physical Education at Victoria University and presented at the Victorian PE teachers conference for the past 3 years.  He believes that fitness and activity should be a lifelong approach and is passionate about his business and helping people achieve their goals.
