So what does it cost to get all these great benefits

Currently I offer complete 12 week or longer packages in which I cover everything you need to know in order to get the best results from your fitness program.  This means I spend time working with my clients on the exercise components but also have additional elements such as weight loss programs, nutrition advice, supplementation range etc.  And it’s these combined with regular exercise that gets serious results and helps you reach your goals.  Most of my clients train with me anywhere from 2-4 times a week depending on their goals, motivation and budget.  I also have clients that do one on one private training, a mixture of group & private training, 6 week weight loss program and even take home training programs.  But all the programs are at least a 12 week initial commitment. For just group exercise packages the investment starts at $15 per week depending on which options you choose and what’s best for you.
