We work closely with a select number of clients that have STRONG, SPECFIC & TIME BOUND goals that are centred not only around getting physically fitter but also being a more resilient and solution orientated person.
1 on 1 Personal Training
Session times are limited to Monday afternoon to early evening, Wednesday late morning to early afternoon, Thursdays & Fridays mid morning to mid afternoon. Investment per session starts from $50 (depending on length of session and training package). Please contact Dale on 0411 158 972 to discuss available times and the investment for training packages.
If you have a weight loss goal then you'll be required to first do at least 6 weeks of our 10 Week Transformation Challenge to change your daily health habits.
Varying packages are available to suit the the needs of individuals including (but not exclusive to) "in home" personal training (where we bring the session to you), "family fitness" (for adults & children from ages 5 upwards), "corporate health & fitness" programs (1 session per week on site or at a negotiated venue, accountability & coaching programs optional), "outdoor small group training" (2 to 6 people based on friendship groups or work colleagues). Semi Private Studio Fitness
These sessions operate on a Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning from 5.45-7.15am. Qualification to participate in this program requires ALL group members to have first completed at least 6 weeks of our 10 Week Transformation Challenge and places are limited.
