Dear Prospective Trainer/Weight Loss Coach,

First of all, thanks for taking the time to visit this site.  It's my hope that you have precisely what I need in an employee so I can take this page down immediately and put you to work in the rewarding job I have available.  Hopefully you've arrived at this site because you saw my ad looking for personal trainers.

So let me tell you about me, my business and the job.
My name is Dale Ringin and I own Peak Fitness Challenge.  My business offers group fitness classes (including Boot Camp style training, running group, circuit training, Boxing for Fitness, Tabata classes and Geelong's only Gymstick Muscle class), personal training, corporate fitness programs, weight loss & wellness solutions.  I have over a hundred clients training with me or in my classes at any one time and I really enjoy the training community I have built, a community where we know our clients names (not just a member)!  I also have a range of supplements and equipment I offer my clients, run regular information nights and 8 week challenges.  I'm an outdoors type of guy and therefore love getting my clients outside to train, and use the facilities Geelong has on offer.  At present, the majority of my classes are conducted at Montpellier Primary School gym and synthetic oval, but we also use other outdoor venues around Geelong.  I also enjoy functional training and giving my clients lots of variety in their training... no two sessions in a row are the same.  The nutrition coaching side of my business gets sensational results in just 6 weeks using real foods and a proven system.

 

  • To be considered for this position you will need to:
    Attend 3 of my group fitness sessions as both a participant and instructor(taking warm up and one component of the session).  This work is unpaid and best done within one to two weeks of you starting.
    Put me through a 30 minute, paid 1 on 1 personal training session.
    Be confident operating a variety of non choreographed group fitness classes.
    Genuinely be able to generate new business by recruiting new clients to train with Peak Fitness Challenge and ultimately YOU.
    Be looking for more oportunities to further your skills and employment chances.
