Boot Camp-Group Fitness Trainers

First of all, thanks for taking the time to visit this site.  It's my hope that you have precisely what I need in an employee so I can take this page down immediately and put you to work in the rewarding job I have available.  Hopefully you've arrived at this site because you saw my ad looking for BOOT CAMP TRAINERS/GROUP FITNESS TRAINERS.

So let me tell you about me, my business and the coaching position.
My name is Dale Ringin and I own Peak Fitness Challenge/Geelong Boot Camps For Women. 
My business is dedicated to helping men and women achieve their health and fitness goals through a fun, safe and positive environment.
And business is booming!

I'm looking for enthusiastic, positive, motivated, teachable people to start training clients in boot camps across Geelong.
If you're hired for this position you'll be guaranteed 12 hours per week work at $33 a session with sessions operating both in the evening and morning.  You'll get the oportunity to learn the inner workings of a successful boot camp business and the potential for bonus income through our highly successful weight loss coaching system.


Tasks You'll Expected To Perform

Conduct 50-60 minute innovate boot camp sessions for women only and/or semi-private group training sessions for all levels of fitness.  Group sizes may vary so you will need to be flexible and able to adapt your training styles and sessions.

Develop Comprehensive Health & Fitness Programs For Clients: You'll receive coaching and training on our fitness programs/ethos and weight loss coaching system, but you'll have flexibility to incorporate your training style and knowledge.

Tracking Client Progress: In order to ensure a client's success in our programs, you'll need to track progress daily, weekly or monthly.  You'll need to be able to review current successes and challenges, review client nutrition via our proven weight loss coaching system, review and set goals with clients as they progress through their program. It will be your job to hold a client accountable to his/her health and fitness goals to ensure the best results possible.

Coach clients: You'll be responsible for weekly exercise sessions and keeping detailed weekly progress reports on the clients your working with. If a client is having challenges throughout his/her program, you'll coach and motivate client and make appropriate changes to ensure consistent progress.  You'll also have the opportunity to coach clients through our weight loss coaching system and generate additional income for yourself.

Demonstrate Proper Exercise Instruction: This is a big one. I need you to be able to provide proper coaching, instruction, and motivation during training sessions and whilst following the weight loss program. You should have a working knowledge of the human body (i.e. muscles, movements, functions, etc) and be able to provide appropriate a range of functional exercises to help a group of clients move towards their goals.

Provide Ongoing Health and Fitness Education: Our clients rely on us to service all of their health and fitness needs. It is your job as a fitness and weight loss coach to provide your clients with health and fitness education on various topics that will empower them to  lead healthy lives forever. You'll be provided with educational tools and resources, will be expected to study them and speak about them with your clients. We also spend time covering this in our weekly meetings.

Variety for Training: no two sessions should ever be the same.  We'll work with you to develop program plans that deliver fun, functional and varied training sessions using varied locations, equipment and training methods.

Required skills

These are the skills you must already have in order to qualify for this position:

Must have Certificate 4 in Personal Training and be registered as a fitness professional (e.g. - with Fitness Australia)

Good Communication Skills - you will be talking with my clients, who are VERY important to me. You must be comfortable conversing in-person and on the phone and know how to conduct yourself professionally, and deliver clear instructions to the clients. I'll teach you everything you need to do during whilst working with clients, but I need you to be a professional at all times.

People skills and personality - must LOVE working with people! As mentioned above you must be very comfortable working with people.  This is an exciting new niche program and you must be able to show your clients energy and excitement while working with them.

Health and Fitness Education - You do not need personal training or boot camp instruction experience, but you should have a working knowledge of health and fitness along with a keen interest in improving client wellbeing (not just their fitness)

Bonus Skills

If you have these additional skills, your resume will go right to the top of the stack (but if you don't have these skills, you should still apply because these are not mandatory).

Desire to own your own business (one day if not now) and create financial freedom

Basic nutrition knowledge and interest in optimal health
