When: Tuesday 16th February Where: Oberon High School gym, Kidman Avenue, Belmont Time: 6.15am (start) until 7am
Who is this session for? > PFC Boot Campers looking to "fill the gap" before the next boot camp > People that are looking for a new challenge in their fitness regime > Men that want to develop greater strength and endurance > People that enjoy group training and the group fitness environment > Ladies looking to burn fat and tone up > People that have never experienced the variety and whole body work out of circuit training > People that love to train in the morning
