Who is this session for? > PFC clients that are looking to do a 2nd Boxing for Fitness session for the week > People that want to know if they can cut the mustard for an advanced class > People that love to train in the morning and be pushed hard
What to expect/bring? > A solid work out involving varied Boxing for Fitness techniques > Body weight and cardio based exercises > Your own gloves if you have them > A pair of cotton inners or wraps
