Monday 6.15-7.05pm: Tabata Training, Montpellier PS gym, Mt Pleasant Rd, Highton

Tuesday 6.15-7.05pm: Boxing For Fitness, Montpellier PS gym, Mt Pleasant Rd, Highton

Wednesday 6-6.50am: Kilometre Club running group, Montpellier PS oval
Wednesday 6.15-7.05pm: HIIT session (BRAND NEW), Montpellier PS gym, Mt Pleasant Rd, Highton

Friday 6-6.50am: Boxing for Fitness, Montpellier PS gym, Mt Pleasant Rd, Highton

Saturday 7.30-8.20am: Enviro (Boot Camp style), Montpellier PS oval, Mt Pleasant Rd, Highton
